RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Please contact us via email regarding all returns & exchanges. Our response time is within 3-5 business days.
- Exchanges and/or in store credit only (no refunds).
- Customer will be responsible for shipping cost of item(s)
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receive date
- Must be unworn & unwashed (original condition).
- Must have tags on & original invoice. Please keep a copy for your records.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns are to be shipped via traceable mail in a secure package. We are not liable for any packages lost in transit, please have a tracking number for your reference and proof in case of unforeseen circumstances
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for in-store credit to be applied. We will send it via email. Please be sure to check your junk mail just in case it ends up there.
