RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Please contact us via email regarding all returns & exchanges. Our response time is within 3-5 business days.
  • Exchanges and/or in store credit only (no refunds).
  • Customer will be responsible for shipping cost of item(s)
  • Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receive date
  • Must be unworn & unwashed (original condition).
  • Must have tags on & original invoice. Please keep a copy for your records.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns are to be shipped via traceable mail in a secure package. We are not liable for any packages lost in transit, please have a tracking number for your reference and proof in case of unforeseen circumstances
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for in-store credit to be applied. We will send it via email. Please be sure to check your junk mail just in case it ends up there.
